Alex and team are the best! Every experience is a great experience and they truly go above and beyond. Couldn't ask for a better relationship with this great team of people and they treat you like family!

When we walked into our new home and found significant cockroach presence in the kitchen, I panic-called Alex, who offered to come right away, despite it being Friday late afternoon. He walked into our kitchen, listened to our explanation, and wasted to no time pulling out appliances and drawers to look in all corners. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and now we go to bed with peace of mind that we have a trustworthy resource to turn to. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone who wants to go to bed with peace of mind knowing that their home is protected against pests.

We love Alex and his team! Been using them for years and love that they are a local family business but they also do a great job at pest control and customer service.

Alex at Castle Exterminators has been servicing our house and yard for over 10 years and I wouldn't use anyone else. He is so responsive and has a solution for every issue. I also appreciate that he works with me on the most environmental and least toxic solution possible, to good effect. Alex has even provided water barriers for our basement and other preventive measures that are all working for our 110 year old house - a miracle!

Alex came highly recommended by a friend and I am SO glad that I called him. Friendly, professional, and thorough! SO much better than the big box companies- I will not be using anyone else from here on out! Thanks so much!
