What plans do you offer?

Which pests does general pest control cover?
Our general pest control plans cover common ants, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, springtails, pillbugs, sowbugs, pantry pests and fabric pests, plus rodent control when your agreement includes it. Rodent exclusion, cleanup, termites, mosquitoes and crawl-space work are separate services.
Is a termite inspection free? What about a WDIR?
Our standard visual termite inspection is free. A formal WDIR (Wood-Destroying Insect Information Report), often requested during a home sale, is a paid service. Requirements vary, so confirm with your lender, agent or closing professional whether you need one.
Do you treat bed bugs?
No. Castle offers bed bug inspection only. We do not provide bed bug treatment or heat treatment.

Yes. Castle Exterminators, LLC holds NC Structural Pest Control License #1979PW, issued by the NC Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services Structural Pest Control & Pesticides Division. You can verify NC pest control licenses through the NCDA&CS Structural Pest Control division. We are insured and family-owned in Durham since 2011.
