Before your inspection
- What we look at
- Recurring activity, seasonal patterns and conditions around the foundation.
- How to prepare
- Tell us which pests you have seen and when during the year.
- Cost & next steps
- Free inspection, followed by a written estimate. We explain the scope before you approve any work.
Scheduling: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Eastern. Same-day service may be available, depending on the schedule and your location.
A quarterly plan puts a technician at your home once a season. Each visit is a chance to treat covered pests where they live and enter, and to catch changes — a new ant trail, moisture under the house, a gap around a pipe — before they grow into a bigger problem.
Quarterly is one option, not the only one. We also offer one-time service and monthly, annual and seasonal plans. If quarterly is more than your home needs, or not enough, we will say so during the free inspection.
What a quarterly plan includes
- A scheduled visit each quarter
- Inspection and targeted treatment for the pests covered by general pest control
- Removal of spider webs we can safely reach
- Return treatments for covered pests between scheduled visits, on qualifying plans
- Notes on conditions that invite pests, such as moisture, gaps and vegetation
Not included, or quoted separately
- Termite treatment, WDIR reports and crawl-space work are separate services.
- Rodent exclusion and cleanup are quoted separately.
- Mosquito, flea and tick yard programs are separate.
Exact coverage, visit frequency and any guarantee depend on your written service agreement.
Why seasonal visits suit Triangle homes
Pest activity in central North Carolina changes through the year. Ants and occasional invaders often move after heavy rain; some pests look for shelter as the weather cools. A visit each quarter lets the treatment and inspection follow those changes. NC State Extension’s guide to selecting pest control services is a useful independent checklist for comparing plans.
How return treatments work
If covered pests come back between scheduled visits, call us. On qualifying plans, we return and treat at no extra charge. The terms are in your written service agreement, including which pests are covered and any conditions, so you know before you sign.
When a quarterly plan makes sense
- You see the same pests every spring or fall
- One-time treatments have helped, but activity keeps coming back
- Your home backs onto woods, a creek or heavy landscaping
- You would rather prevent problems than react to them

A visit each quarter
Each visit, we inspect, treat and tell you what we found. Return treatments between visits apply on qualifying plans.
