About the bed bug

Bed bugs are flat oval reddish-brown insects that feed on human blood — usually at night — and hide in the tiniest crevices of mattresses, headboards, baseboards, luggage, and upholstered furniture. They don't transmit known diseases, but the itchy welts, anxiety, and sleep loss they cause are real. Bed bugs can survive months without a meal, which is why DIY treatments usually fail. Professional heat treatment, mattress encasements, and thorough vacuuming are the proven approach.
